Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-142 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING DONALD HUFF VARIANCE FROM CITY CODE IN THE EVENT HE <br />DECIDES TO SUBDIVIDE HIS PARCEL OF LAND <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Donald Huff is the fee owner of the following <br />described property located in the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota: <br /> <br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township <br />32, Range 25 excepting the North 395 Feet and the North 330 <br />Feet of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the North- <br />west Quarter of SEction 22, Township 32, Range 25, except- <br />ing the West 264 Feet subject to a road and utility easement <br />over the South 33 feet, together with an easement for road <br />and utility purposes over the following described tracts of <br />land that part of the Northwest Quarter Section 22, Town- <br />ship 32, Range 25 described as follows: A strip of land 66 <br />feet in width beginning 33 feet on each side of the follow- <br />ing described centerline, beginning at the intersection of <br />the East line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter with the South line of the North Half of the said <br />Quarter-Quarter, then West along the Said South line of the <br />North Half of said Quarter-Aquarter, to a point 160 feet <br />East of the West line of Said Quarter-Quarter, then de- <br />flecting left to the point of intersection of the East line <br />of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter with the <br />South line of the North Half of the South Half of the North <br />three-quarters of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter, <br />then West along last described South line to the Easterly <br />line of County Road No. 56 and there terminating the South- <br />east line of said easement to be extended a sufficient dis- <br />tance West to intersection the East line of said County <br />Road and over the West 33 feet of the East Half of South <br />Half of Northeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter and the <br />East 33 feet of the West half of the South Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the West <br />33 feet of the East Half and the East 33 feet of the West <br />Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter ex- <br />cepting the South 66 feet thereof all in Section 22, Town- <br />ship 32, Range 25 and over the South 33 feet of the West <br />264 feet of the North 330 feet of of the East Half of the <br />southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, <br />Township 32, Range 25 (subject to easement for road purposes <br />to Ramsey City). <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said above described parcel is over five acres in <br />size and has public street frontage of approximately 395 feet along 154th <br />Lane N.W.; and <br /> <br /> <br />
