Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its ad(~ption: RESOLUTION #82-111 RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO CITY'S SUBDIVISION CODE FOR MR. AND MRS. EUGENE JAMES WALDOWSKI WHEREAS, Eugene James Waldowski and Lois Jean Waldowski are the fee owners of the folowing tow (2) parcels of land in the City of Ramsey, to-wit: Parcel #1: That part of Government Lot 1, Section 30, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka Connty, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the South line of said Government Lot 1 and the easterly line of Ramsey Road as platted in Bowers Mississippi Acres; thence North 17 degrees 40 minutes east a distance of 91.50 feet along said easterly line; thence continue along said easterly line on a curve to the left with a central angle of 17 degrees 40 minutes a radius of 1031.25 feet a distance of 208.88 feet to the actual point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continue northerly along last described curve a distance of 100.19 feet; thence south 80 degrees 28 minutes 42 seconds east a distance of 202.49 feet to intersect a curve parallel with and 200 feet easterly of said easterly line of Ramsey Road; thence southerly along said parallel curved line to the right with a central angle of 17 degrees 40 minutes and a radius of 1231.25 feet a distance of 109.60 feet to intersect a line bearing south 77 degrees 44 minutes 23 seconds east from the point Of beginning; thence north 77 degrees 44 minutes 23 seconds west a distance of 200.25 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 0.48 acres more or less. For the purposes of the description the south line of said Government Lot 1 is assumed to bear east and west. and Parcel #2: That part of Government Lot 1, Section 30, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the south line of said Government Lot 1 with the easterly line of Ramsey Road as platted in Bowers Mississippi Acres; thence north 17 degrees 40 minutes east a distance of 91.50 feet along said easterly line; thence continue along said easterly line Of Ramsey Road on a curve to the left with a central angle of 17 degrees 40 minutes and a radius of 1031.25 feet for a distance of 309.07 feet to a point to be hereafter known as point "A"; thence continue along said easterly line of Ramsey Road and along said curve for a distance of 8.91 feet to the point of tangency of said curve; thence continue north along said easterly line of Ramsey Road a distance of 76.3 feet; thence continue along said easterly line of Ramsey Road along a tangential curve to the right, central angle 22 degrees 16 minutes, radius 955.7 feet, for a distance of 14.79 feet to the actual point of beginning of the land to be described; thence return southerly along said easterly line of Ramsey Road
