Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its ad(~ption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-111 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO CITY'S SUBDIVISION CODE FOR MR. <br />AND MRS. EUGENE JAMES WALDOWSKI <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Eugene James Waldowski and Lois Jean Waldowski are the fee owners of <br />the folowing tow (2) parcels of land in the City of Ramsey, to-wit: <br /> <br />Parcel #1: <br />That part of Government Lot 1, Section 30, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />Connty, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the <br />South line of said Government Lot 1 and the easterly line of Ramsey Road as <br />platted in Bowers Mississippi Acres; thence North 17 degrees 40 minutes east a <br />distance of 91.50 feet along said easterly line; thence continue along said easterly <br />line on a curve to the left with a central angle of 17 degrees 40 minutes a radius of <br />1031.25 feet a distance of 208.88 feet to the actual point of beginning of the land <br />to be described; thence continue northerly along last described curve a distance of <br />100.19 feet; thence south 80 degrees 28 minutes 42 seconds east a distance of <br />202.49 feet to intersect a curve parallel with and 200 feet easterly of said easterly <br />line of Ramsey Road; thence southerly along said parallel curved line to the right <br />with a central angle of 17 degrees 40 minutes and a radius of 1231.25 feet a <br />distance of 109.60 feet to intersect a line bearing south 77 degrees 44 minutes 23 <br />seconds east from the point Of beginning; thence north 77 degrees 44 minutes 23 <br />seconds west a distance of 200.25 feet to the point of beginning.
