to afore described point "A"; thence south 80 degrees 28 minutes 42 seconds east a distance of 202.09 feet, more or less, to intersect a curve parallel with and 200 feet easterly of said easterly line of Ramsey Road; thence northerly along said parallel curved line to the left with a central angle of 17 degrees 40 minutes, a radius of 1231.25 feet, for a distance of 42.35 feet to the point of tangency of said parallel line; thence continue north along said parallel line a distance of 57.65 feet; thence northwesterly to the point of beginning. and WHEREAS, Parcel #1 described above is that parcel on which is located the Waldowski home and Parcel #2 is adjacent to Parcel #1; and WHEREAS, the City assessed each of the above described parcels for the 1982 street improvement of Bowers Drive; and WHEREAS, the Waldowskis desire Parcel #2 to be a buildable lot; and WHEREAS, the Waldowski home on Parcel #1 is built so close to the adjacent Parcel #2 that the necessary City Code requirement of a 1 O-foot side yard setback is not possible. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That a portion of parcel #2 above described may be added to Parcel # 1 above described in order to give to parcel #I the required I0 foot side yard set back, and that said newly created parcel shall be legally described as follows: That part of Government Lot 1, Section 30, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the south line of said Government Lot 1 and the easterly line of Ramsey Road as platted in Bowers Mississippi Acres; thence north 17 degrees 40 minutes east a distance of 91.50 feet along said easterly line; thence continue along said easterly line on a curve to the left with a central . angle of 17 degrees 40 minutes and a radius of 1031.25 feet a distance of 208.88 feet to the actual point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continue northerly along last described curve a distance of 109.10 feet to the point of tangency of said curve; thence north 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds east a distance of 1.00 feet; thence south 85 degrees 08 minutes 46 seconds east a distance of 200.71 feet to intersect a curve parallel with an.d 200 feet easterly of said easterly line of Ramsey Road; thence southerly along said parallel curved line to the right with a central angle of 17 degrees 40 minutes and a radius of 1231.25 feet a distance of 135.62 feet to intersect a line bearing south 77 degrees 44 minutes 23 seconds east from the point of beginning; thence north 77 degrees 44 minutes 23 seconds west a distance of 200.89 feet to the point of beginning.
