2) <br /> <br />That Parcel #2 above described, less the amount of land added to Parcel #1 for the required <br />10 foot side yard set back shall then be legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Government Lot 1, Section 30, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the south line of said <br />Government Lot 1 with the easterly line of Ramsey Road as platted in Bowers <br />Mississippi Acres; thence north 17 degrees 40 minutes east a distance of 91.50 feet along <br />said easterly line; thence continue along said easterly line of Ramsey Road on a curve to <br />the left with a central angle of 17 degrees 40 minutes and a radius of 1031.25 feet for a <br />distance of 317.98 feet to point of tangency of said curve; thence north 00 degrees 00 <br />minutes 00 seconds east a distance of 1.00 feet, to a point to be hereinafter known as <br />point "A"; thence continue north along said easterly line of Ramsey Road a distance of <br />75.3 feet; thence continue along said easterly line of Ramsey Road along a tangential <br />curve to the right, central angle 22 degrees 16 minutes, radius 955:7 feet, for a distance of <br />14.79 feet to the actual point of beginning of the land to be described; thence return <br />southerly along said easterly line of Ramsey Road to afore described point "A"; thence <br />south 85 degrees 08 minutes 46 seconds east a distance of 200.71 feet, more or less, to <br />intersect a curve parallel with and 200 feet easterly of said easterly line of Ramsey Road; <br />thence northerly along said parallel curved line to the left with a central angle of 17 <br />degrees 40 minutes, a radius of 1231.25 feet, for a distance of 16.33 feet to the point of <br />tangency of said parallel line; thence continue north along said parallel line a distance of <br />57.65 feet; thence northwesterly to the point of beginning. Containing 0.38 acres, more <br />or less. For the purposes of this description the south line of said Government Lot 1 is <br />assumed to bear east and west. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />That a variance to the City's Subdivision Chapter of the- City Code is hereby granted to <br />permit the above metes and bounds subdivision. <br /> <br />That the parcel of land described in Paragraphs .1 and 2 above are hereby declared to be <br />buildable lots. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox, Councilmember Reimann, Councilmember Van Wagner, <br />Councilmember Sorteberg <br /> <br />and the folloWing voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-111 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
