3) Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby deSignated as the engineer for <br />this improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such <br />improvement. <br /> <br /> 4) That notwithstanding paragrapl~ Z and 3 above, plans and specifications shall <br />not be prepared unless and until the Petitioners deposit with the City in the City's escrow <br />account, the sum of $68,850.00 in order to defray the City's estimated cost of preparation <br />for the plans and specifications. The Flintwood Hills Second Addition share is $46,0Z0.00 <br />and First Guaranty share is $ZZ,830.00. <br /> <br /> 5) That notwithstanding paragraph Z above, and that plans and specifications <br />may be prepared and that the Petitioners may have expended the sum of $68,850.00 <br />for their preparation, the Petitioners are hereby advised that the project will not be <br />ordered and City liability incurred unless and until full compliance with the City's escrow <br />and guarantee requirements is received from the applicant pursuant to City Ordinance <br />~83-4 and a negative declaration for an Environmental Impact Statement is made by <br />the City. <br /> <br /> 6) That the City Staff is directed to forward a certified copy of City Ordinance <br />~83-4 to the petitioners by certified mail to insure that the Petitioners are fully aware <br />of the escrow and guarantee policies of the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor <br />Gamec and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg and Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Reimann and Van Wagner <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 1Zth day of March, 1984. <br /> <br />I~ayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~84-41 <br />Page Z of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
