Motion by Councilmember Resolution: Reimann to adopt the following CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION N0. 84- 85 WHEREAS, N D H, Inc. has applied for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) permit for a PUD to be known as Flintwood Hills Second Addition which PUD is proposed to be located on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, to-wit: That part of the South half of the Southwest Quarter and of Government Lot 3, Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying easterly of the plat of Flintwood Hills and lying westerly of the centerline of State Highway No. 47 as now laid out and traveled. Except that part described as follows: Beginning at the southwest comer of said Government Lot 3; thence westerly on the southerly line of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 82.5 feet; thence northerly, at right angles to said southerly line of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 291.43 feet; thence easterly parallel with said southerly line of said Southwest ~_~mrter, to the centerline of said State Highway No. 47; thence southeasterly, along said centerline of said highway, to the southerly line of said Government Lot No. 3; thence westerly along said southerly line of said Government Lot No. 3 to the point of beginning. And, Outlot 1, Flintwood Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota. And that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying northerly of the centerline of County Road No. 116 as now laid out and traveled and lying southerly and easterly of the plat of Flintwood Hills and lying easterly of the westerly 660.00 feet thereof as measured parallel with the north line. and WHEREAS, said application is made pursuant to City Code Chapter No. 170.014G PLANNED UNIT DEVM[DPMENT; and WHEREAS, the City's Planning Commission nmt on tile 7th day of February, 1984
