Grievances, as defined by Section 6.1, ahall be <br />resolved in oonformance with the follc~rinE procedure: <br /> <br /> Step 1. An E~lo>~e clatmtn~ a violatio~ ooncernir~ the <br /> interpretatio~ ar application of the A~nt shall, within t~enty- <br /> or~ (21) calendar days after such alle§ed violation has ocoarred, <br /> present such ~rievance to the F~ployee's supervisor as desi/p~ated by <br /> the F_~ployer. The F~ployer designated representative will discuss and <br /> give an answer to such Step 1 grievance within ten (10) calendar days <br /> after receipt. A Erfevance not resolved in Step 1 and appealed to <br /> Step 2 shall be placed in writir~ settinE forth the nature of the <br /> grievance, the facts on which it is be___~ed, the provis~ or provisions <br /> of the A~ree~n~ alleEedly violated, the r~ requested and shall be <br /> appealed to Step 2 within ten (10) calendar days after the Employer <br /> deaf§hated representative's final answer in Step 1. Any Erievance not <br /> appealed in writfn~ to Step 2 by I~ within ten (10) calendar days <br /> shall be oonsidered waived. <br /> <br /> Step 2. If appealed, the written Erievance shall be presented by <br /> LEI~S and discussed with the Employer desi~nated Step 2 representative. <br /> ~he Employer desiEnated representative shall Eive Lfl~S the Employer's <br /> Step 2 answer in writin§ Within ten (10) calendar days after receipt <br /> <br /> <br />
