An ex~ension or early report to a regularly scheduled <br /> <br /> (2) houz' <br /> <br />sht£t for d~y does no~ qualify the l~loyee for the <br /> <br /> 13.1 E~ry permanent Employee having less than six (6) years <br />cormecutive full-ttm~ service shall ~ vacation leave at the rate of <br />5/6ths of a working day for each calendar month of full-tt,~ service. Each <br />permanent Employee with at least s~x (6), but less than twelve (12), <br />consecutive years of full-time service shall earn vacation leave at the <br />rate of 1.25 w~Amg days for ~ach calendar month of f~ll-time service. <br />Each permanent Employee with at least twelve (12) years of omsecutive <br />full-ti-~ service shall earn ~acattom leave at the rate of 1.666 working <br />days for each calendar month of full-tt-~ service. <br /> <br /> 13.2 An Employee may accrue ~acatton leave to a max~-~ of the ~ount <br />earned in o~e (1) year. <br /> <br /> 13.3 VacatL0n leave may be used as earned subject to approval by the <br />department head at the time at which it may be taken. <br /> <br /> 13.4 Any M:ployee leaving the ~cipal service in good standimg after <br />giving proper notice of such termination of employment shall be compensated <br />for vacation leave accrued and ~ to the date of separation. <br /> <br /> <br />
