Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #84-255 RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT (Sewer and Water Extension for Food and Fuel and miscellaneous) 1) A certain petition requesting the improvement by sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water and street be extended to serve what has been proposed as Food and Fuel and other miscellaneous developments which is located on the property hereinafter described: Government Lot 3, Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota together with Government Lot 6, Section 36, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the following described parcels, that part platted as River's Bend Anoka County, Minnesota and Tract A That part of Government Lot 3 in Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota and that part of Government Lot 6 in Section 36 in said Township and Range described as follows: Beginning at a point on the centerline of St. Francis Boulevard N.W. distant 480.00 feet Northwesterly from the intersection of said centerline; thence Northwesterly along said centerline a distance of 250.00 feet; thence Northeasterly, at a right angle to said centerline, a distance of 350.00 feet; thence Northwesterly along a line to be hereinafter referred to as line A, parallel with said centerline, a distance of 1100.00 feet to a point to be hereinafter referred to as point B; thence Northeasterly along a line to be hereinafter referred to as line C to the intersection of the two following described lines: Line 1 is described as a line parallel with and distant 900.00 feet Easterly from the West line of said Government Lot 3, as measured at a right angle to the West line of said Government Lot 3; line 2 is described as a line parallel with and distant 600.00 feet Southerly of the North line of said Government Lot 3 as measured at a right angle to the North line of said Lot 3; Thence Northerly parallel with said West line of Government Lot 3 a distance of 300.00 feet; thence Easterly parallel with said North line of Government Lot 3 and its Easterly extension to the threat of the Rum River; thence Southerly along the thread of the Rum River to an intersection with the extension East of the South line of said Government Lot 6; thence Westerly along said South line of said Government Lot 6 and its extension to a line parallel with and distant 400.00 feet Northeasterly from the Resolution 984-255 Page 1 of 3
