Subject <br />to St. Francis Boulevard N.W. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the petition is filed with the Ramsey City <br />Council on December 11, 1984, is hereby declared to be signed by <br />the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. <br />This declaration is made in conformity to the Ramsey City Code <br />Section 210.01. <br /> <br /> 2) That the petition is hereby referred to Mr. Peter <br />R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. and he is <br />instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed <br />advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the <br />proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best <br />be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, <br />and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br /> 3) That said report is hereby ordered contingent upon <br />the applicants escrow payment of $500.00 to cover the feasibility <br />costs. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Schlueter and Reimann <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br /> Resolution #84-255 <br /> <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
