<br />recommeadcd ~hal; the l)eveloper proceed to the preliminary plat stage, making any adjustments
<br />detcr,nin,;d ia i.,e ~mcessary as the results of soil borings and topography; and

<br />WHERI,IAS, tl',e kamsey Park and Recreation Commission met on February 9, 1989 to determine
<br />if cash pay~ncn'~t, s;imuld be used to satisfy park dedication requirements; and
<br />
<br />WIIEI{EA,~3, tl~e Ifamsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on February 7, 1989 and
<br />conducted a pub!i,, hearing for the preliminary plat approval for Wildwood Acres; and
<br />
<br />WHEItE/'~S. the; ~amscy Planning and Zoning Commission March 7, 1989 and recommended
<br />preliminary i~lal: approval of Wildwood Acres contingent upon compliance with the City
<br />Engincor'~ ~eport dated February 27, 1989 providing drainage connection along the West side of
<br />Lots 4 and ] 1, ~lock I.; and
<br />
<br />WIIERlCA3, i~.,m~;ey City Council met on March 28, 1989 and approved the preliminary plat of
<br />Wildwood Acn:.~; ~ontingent upon compliance with all items contained in the City Engineer's
<br />Report dal,e(~ !~'d,'tmry 27, 1989.

<br />NOW 'I.'[I~'3I~I,;I~'()]~E, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka
<br />County, Sta~e ,')l' 7',~inncsota, as follows: That final plat approval of Wildwood Acres Addition is
<br />granted co~i;i,Leni, ul)on the following:
<br />
<br /> TITLE. Th e Developer providing proof of marketable title for the property
<br />of Ra~nsey.
<br />
<br />I~dig_,..L)j&!)_~;ATION REQUIREMENTS. Park dedication requirement shall be fulfilled
<br />with City Council's request for park dedication in effect at the time of the
<br />and in accordance with the Park and Recreation Commission
<br />rec(m~,m,,dation. This amount will be Five hundred ($500.00) dollars per lot as a cash
<br />i, be City of Ramsey Park Dedication Fund and shall be made prior to the
<br />Lhe plat.
