Councilmembe~ P~:terson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-06-152 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF NORTH FORTY 2ND ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHER~A$, Richard J. Sybrant, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly <br />applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 32, <br />i:::h-~r~ge 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> WI~tEHEA~h the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on March 3, 1988 and <br />recommended the Developer to proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WI-lEI:tEAS, the Rarnsey Park and Recreation Commission met on December 8, 1988 and <br />recommended thari seventy-five feet (75') along the south side of the property and one (1) acre <br />in the Southwest portion of the plat be dedicated to the City with the remainder in cash to be used <br />to satisfy park dedication requirements; and <br /> <br /> WHEHEA,%, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on May 2, 1989 and <br />recomrnend~;d approval of the preliminary plat of North Forty 2nd Addition contingent upon <br />complianc~ lo tho City Engineer's review dated April 27, 1989 and approval by the U.S. Army <br />Corp of Engine~;rs; ~nd <br /> <br /> WttEFiEA:/;, the Ramsey City Council met on May 23, 1989 and approved the <br />preliminary pla? for the North Forty 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1 ) '~'l'l~t final plat approval of North Forty 2nd Addition is granted contingent upon <br />the followin(l. <br /> <br />MAh~KETABLE TITLE. The Developer providing proof of marketable title for the <br />t~r~)perty to the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />!-~_!:LK_D_._E. DICAT!ON REQUIREMENTS. Park dedication requirement shall be <br />lulfiiled in accordance with City Council's request for park dedication in effect at <br />the lime of the application and in accordance with the Park and Recreation <br />Commission recommendation. The park dedication shall be satisfied by land <br />d~,dication as shown on the plat which amounts to 2.32 acres or 5.74% of the land <br />i~] ti~e subdivision. In addition, the Developer shall pay One Thousand Four <br />I~ur~dred Eighteen Dollars ($1,418.00) (4.26% of $33,300 market value) to <br />s.a!isfy the remainder of the park dedication requirement, prior to the recording <br />of ti~e plat. <br /> <br /> <br />
