39. That the proposed use may adversely impair the future use, <br /> enjoyment or market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />40. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or <br /> otherwise detrimental to persons residing or working in <br /> the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />41. As proposed, the proposed use does not meet the specific <br /> requirements of the B/W zoning district but is allowed as <br /> a conditional use. <br /> <br />42. That the proposed use will be designed, constructed, <br /> operated and maintained so as to be harmonious and <br /> appropriate in appearance with the existing character of <br /> the general vicinity. <br /> <br />43.
