RECITALS AND DEFINITIONS <br />I. The IIRA owns certain real property located in the City of Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, which is legally described as Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, and utlots B and C <br />COR TWO, Anoka County, Minnesota ("Lot I", "Lot 2"', "Lot 3 19}, "outlot B", mid "Outlot C", <br />respectively and collectively the "HI A Property'). <br />2.. Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3 are sometimes referred to in this Declaration, individually, <br />as a "Lot" and, collectively, as the "Lots."
