Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #23-195 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR ALDI <br />RECITALS <br />1. Aldi, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee" has properly applied for site plan review <br />and plat approval on the property legally described as follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, COR FOUR, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />("Subject Property") <br />2. That the City of Ramsey is the fee owner of the Subject Property with the intent to <br />subdivide it and sell a portion to the Permittee for the purpose of constructing a retail <br />grocery store. <br />3. That the City Council reviewed and approved the Site Plan for the grocery store and the <br />Final Plat of "COR FOUR" on July 11, 2023. <br />4. That the Permittee has now supplied the cost estimate for the site improvements, which is <br />needed to draft the Development Agreement. <br />5. That the City Council reviewed the Development Agreement on September 12, 2023. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Development Agreement and <br />authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign that document. <br />
