All single-family and townhome units must have a garage, either attached or <br />detached, of at least 400 square feet in area. <br />(6) Required Quantity of Parking Spaces. For uses not listed below, a parking justification report shall <br />be submitted to the zoning administrator explaining the anticipated parking needs based on the <br />number of residents, employees, customers, and visitors. <br />(1) Detached Single -Family, Attached Two -Family, Townhome (attached or detached), and <br />Licensed Residential Facility uses must provide two off-street parking spaces per dwelling <br />unit.
