All single-family and townhome units must have a garage, either attached or <br />detached, of at least 400 square feet in area. <br />(6) Required Quantity of Parking Spaces. For uses not listed below, a parking justification report shall <br />be submitted to the zoning administrator explaining the anticipated parking needs based on the <br />number of residents, employees, customers, and visitors. <br />(1) Detached Single -Family, Attached Two -Family, Townhome (attached or detached), and <br />Licensed Residential Facility uses must provide two off-street parking spaces per dwelling <br />unit. Driveways may be used as parking spaces. <br />(2) Multiple -Family Dwelling uses must provide 1.5 off-street parking spaces per unit in a parking <br />lot or structure conforming to the design standards in Section 560. <br />(3) Senior Living and Assisted Living uses must provide one off-street parking space per unit in a <br />parking lot or structure conforming to the design standards in Section 560. <br />(4) Religious Institutions as required in Section 560. <br />(C) In any residential district, outside parking of any motor vehicle(s) and/or recreational equipment is <br />subject to the following standards: <br />(1) Number of items. <br />Page 64 of 160 <br />
