In addition to the standards set forth in Section 525, drive-thrus accessory to business <br /> 5 uses in COR have the following standards: <br /> 6 Within the COR-1 subdistrict,the drive-thru lane shall be located in the rear or side yard <br /> 7 only. A drive thru lane shall not be located adjacent to any destination street as classified in <br /> 8 the COR design framework. <br /> 9 2. Within the COR-2a and COR-3 subdistricts there shall be no more than one drive-thru lane <br /> 10 serving a given use. <br /> 11 3. Within the COR-2b subdistrict there shall be no more than two drive-thru lanes serving a <br /> 12 given use. <br /> 13 4. Drive-thru lanes are not permitted in the front yard or within the front build-to-line. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 , <br /> 17 <br /> 18 630 Bulk Standards <br /> 19 All bulb standards within the COR district shall meet the COR Development Framework that is <br /> 20 incorporated into this chapter by reference, as amended by the city council on November 27, 2012. The <br /> 21 following requirements shall also apply: <br /> 22 (A) All structures within the COR-1 Subdistrict must be at least 22 feet in height with a two-story <br /> 23 appearance. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 660 COR Parking Standards <br /> 26 All parking within the COR district shall meet the COR Development Framework that is incorporated into <br /> 27 this chapter by reference, as amended by the city council on November 27, 2012. Quantity and parking <br /> 28 lot or structure design standards shall follow the standards set forth in Section 460 for residential uses <br /> 29 and 560 for business or mixed-use uses. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 670 COR Landscaping Standards <br /> 32 All landscaping, including streetscape requirements, within the COR district shall meet the COR <br /> 33 Development Framework that is incorporated into this chapter by reference, as amended by the city <br /> 34 council on November 27, 2012. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 680 COR Architectural Design Standards <br /> 37 All architectural designs within the COR district shall meet the COR Development Framework that is <br /> 38 incorporated into this chapter by reference,as amended by the city council on November 27, 2012. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 <br /> 41 700 Planned Unit Developments(PUD) <br /> 42 <br /> 43 710 Districts Established and Purpose <br /> 44 The Planned Unit Development districts are hereby established according to the purpose and the intent <br /> 45 of the Comprehensive Plan. Each district is unique based on the flexibilities provided. <br /> 46 <br /> 47 711 Purpose and Application <br /> 48 (A) Purpose.
