Bill Hudson has been contracted by the City and has been working with the
Council on team building.

Consensus of the Planning Commission was to schedule Bill Hudson at the end of their
December meeting.

Chairperson Anderson stated that he met with the Mayor and the City Administrator, relaying
concerns of the Planning Commission and advising that, although the Commission was not
asking for a joint meeting, they are willing to meet. The meeting will be on-site, and he did
indicate that an agenda would be appropriate.

Planning Commission/November 8, 1999
