Case #5: <br /> <br />Review Ordinance to Amend City Code Chapter 5.09 (Animals and Fowl), <br />5.09.03 (Dog Regulations) of City Code Regarding Dogs <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Jensen, to table the item until the <br />November Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Commissioner Johnson requested that the Commission receive copies of <br />previous minutes pertaining to the issue from the Planning Commission and City Council. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Commissioners Johnson, Jensen, <br />Dempsey, Kociscak, and Wivoda. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />Chairperson Anderson requested that the Planning Commission be allowed to review the <br />information the City Attorney finds in regards to State Statue 444. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jensen explained that she attended the State Planning Conference and highlighted <br />some issues that were discussed at the conference. <br /> <br />Chairperson Anderson inquired if it would be possible to add municipal fire station as being <br />allowed in a R-1-R district to allow for construction of the new fire station. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik replied that it could be accomplished. <br /> <br />Chairperson Anderson requested that the issue be brought back at the next Planning Commission <br />meeting. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Dempsey, to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Commissioners Johnson, Dempsey, <br />Jensen, Kociscak, and Wivoda.
