The area immediately to the west of the structured <br />parking facility currently under construction was designated as one of those parcels and was to <br />be used for purposes of a cinema. The draft Request for Proposal has been forwarded and is <br />ready for Council consideration. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to authorize Request for <br />Proposals of cinema project within the Ramsey Town Center. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Jeffrey, Elvig, Olson, <br />Pearson, and Strommen.
