Ramsey Town Center Apartments <br /> Proposed by <br /> Anoka County Community Action Program, Inc. and J Johnson Inc. <br /> Site and Building Description, page 2 <br /> April 27, .2006 <br /> <br />The applicants intend to develop a mixed income and mixed use building. <br /> <br />The first floor of the building will be business retail. <br /> <br />The second through fourth floor will be rental housing. There will be 40 one, two and three <br />bedroom apartments. <br /> <br />The rental housing will be mixed income with half of the units (20 units) being affordable at <br />50% of the area median income. The affordable rents for one, two, and three bedroom <br />apartments will be approximately $650, 800, and $900 respectively. <br /> <br />The other half of the units (20 units) will be market rental units. The market rents for one, two, <br />and three bedroom apartments will be approximately $900, $1,200 and $1,500 respectively. <br /> <br />All the units will be handicapped assessable to the unit and in the unit. All units will also be <br />adaptable with 2 units actually made handicapped assessable. <br /> <br />The units will be finished with wood floors, mini blinds, central air, in unit washer and dryers, <br />kitchens will be equipped with a frost free refrigerator, self cleaning oven, dishwasher, <br />microwave, and garbage disposal. The two and three bedroom units will have two bathrooms. <br /> <br />Parking will be provided via the municipal ramp. A skyway connection will be considered. <br /> <br />48 <br /> <br /> <br />
