Lot 2 is approximately six feet shy of the 80 foot width requirement and the
surveyor is proposing to make the necessary modification. Because no new buildable lots are
being created, the plat is exempt from park dedication, stormwater management and trail
development fees.

Chairperson Anderson questioned if it has been determined if the lots can be split to comply with
the 80 foot wi~ requirement. Zoning Administrator Frolik stated yes.
V'~AYh Oer Cinderxo~ "ll~]qq 7-K.O

Commissioner Kociscak questioned what the lot split would do to the driveway. Zoning
Administrator Frolik stated that the driveway will be more on one lot than the other but a cross
easement would be required regardless.

Motion by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Nixt, to recommend that City
Council grant final plat approval to Osterkamp Addition.

Planning Commission/June 1, 1999
