Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #7: Request for Site Plan Review; Case of Michael Sjoquist <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that Mike Sjoquist is requesting site plan review to construct <br />an expansion to his shop, Mike's Woodworking. Mike's Woodworking is located at 7520 149t~ <br />Avenue Northwest, in the Pineview Estates 2na Addition P.U.D. She explained that this P.U.D. is <br />to accommodate residences with business operating our of accessory buildings on the site. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik explained that Mike is proposing to construct an 864 square foot <br />addition to the existing 2,964 square foot woodworking shop, for a total shop size of 3,828 <br />square feet. The purpose of the addition is to augment his warehouse space and it is in <br />conformance with the lot coverage restriction. The addition meets all setback requirements. The <br />City Engineer is recommending that a silt fence be used to protect the wetland on the property <br />during construction. The building is proposed to be finished with 8" masonite lap siding like the <br />home and existing business building on the property. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Jensen, seconded by Commissioner Wivoda, to recommend that City <br />Council approve the proposed site plan for Mike's Woodworking contingent upon compliance <br />with City Staff Review Letter Dated May 24, 1999. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
