His property is
3.3 acres in size and City Code allows a total of 2,464 square feet of garage and accessory
building space on the property. His proposal for a new accessory building results in an 800
square foot overage in the single building size restriction and a 922 square foot overage in the
total amount of garage and accessory building space allowed on the property. The exterior finish
on the building is proposed to be colored metal to match the home. Code also requires that the
building be designed with soffit, fascia and eave overhang.

Planning Commission/May 4, 1999
