The plan proposes a bituminous curb on the <br />temporary driveway. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Sherman stated the expansion will allow the site to hook up <br />with City water and sewer. <br /> <br />Commissioner Johnson inquired if the applicant agreed to staff recommendations. Wade Johnson, <br />Amcon Developer, stated the applicant agrees with all recommendations and that the exterior <br />would be changed to concrete tip-up panels. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Dempsey, to recommend that City <br />Council approve the proposed site plan for Waltek, Inc. contingent upon compliance with the City <br />Staff.Review Letter dated March 11, 1999. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Community Development Assistant Walther stated a revised landscape plan <br />had not been received and questioned if plantings in the pipeline easement had been abandoned. <br />Mr. Johnson stated plantings would be kept at the current count, however, moved outside of the <br />easement.
