NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) The City Council hereby authorizes partial payment No. 1 to Asphalt Surface Technologies Corp. <br /> of Saint Cloud, Minnesota for Improvement Project #23-04, 167' Avenue Reconstruction in the <br /> amount of$322,570.99. <br /> 2) The City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign the release form for <br /> this payment. <br /> 3) The total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the <br /> date of October 24, 2023. <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ,and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 24' <br /> day of October, 2023. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Resolution #23-264 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
