Norman <br />Background: <br /> <br />As Council is aware, Crest View Senior Communities has planned to build a senior community <br />in the Ramsey Town Center. As part of the project, Crest View has made an application to <br />secure HUD 202 Funding (3rant. In 2005 Crest View made a similar grant application but the <br />application was rejected due to a technical problem. One of the major issues was the fact that <br />there are propane tanks near the first facility located on TH #10. The acceptable distance for the <br />propane tanks is 240 feet for the building and 1, 150 feet for people.
