Crest View would glso <br />to develop HUD 202 senior housifig in order to serve seniors on low incomes. ~; <br /> <br />The application that Crest View si~bmitted last yea~ resulted in a technical rejection. One <br />of the major {ssues was the fact t. hat there are propane t:~nks on Highway 10. The' <br />ace~eptable distance from the propane tanks is 240 feet for the buildings and 1,1501tbet for <br />people and where they wou d congsegate, Acceptable separation dist~ce for blas~ is 660 <br />feet. ? <br /> <br />Please advis~ how we can work together to serve seniors on Iow incomes, in the R~mscy <br />Town Center.
