Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The proposed site plan consists of a structural steel building measuring 50' x 100' (5,000 square <br />feet). The fagade treatment of the building will be of brick and steel. The intended use of the <br />building is for manufacturing. The building will be located on Lot 3, Block 2, Gateway North <br />Industrial Park, Anoka County, Minnesota. The proposed project is consistent with it's zoning <br />classification as I-1 Industrial District. The P.I.N. is 27-32-25-33-0012. Antila. <br /> <br />On April 3, 1990, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission tabled this case due to lack of <br />required information from the developer. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends site plan approval of Northern Die Casting's proposed project as per the City <br />Engineer's Review dated April 24, 1990. <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to accept/not accept the site plan proposed by Northern Die Casting for the proposed <br />project as per the City Engineer's Review dated April 24, 1990. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Engineer <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br /> Chief of Police <br /> Finance Officer <br />X Planning & Zoning Comm.
