The existing and proposed <br />zoning is I-1 Industrial District. The property is generally located in the North Half of Section 35, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. The proposed plat consists of the <br />resubdivision of parcels A, B, C and D of Registered Land Survey No. 30. The P.I.N.'s are 35- ' <br />32-25-21-0002 and 35-32-25-21-0005.
