CASE <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR GRADING, MINING, <br /> FILLING AND STOCKPILING; <br /> CASE OF GENE MOSKOP, BUSSE CONSTRUCTION, INC. <br /> By: City Engineer Raatikka and Planning Assistant Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Pursuant to Section 170.017M (Grading, Mining and Filling Permits) and Chapter 170.06 (Flood <br />Plain Management), Gene Moskop of Busse Construction, Inc. is requesting a conditional use. <br />permit to excavate muck materials from the vicinity of Trott Brook and County Road #83 and <br />replace it with fill material from excavated from PIN 07-32-25-14-0001, and stockpile muck <br />materials on City-owned property in Autumn Heights. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Anoka County has awarded the contract for improvements to Cty. Rd. #83 to Busse Construction. <br />Busse Construction is proposing to excavate 30,000 cubic yards of farmland from PIN 07-32-25- <br />14-0001 to replace the muck that would be excavated in the vicinity of Trott Brook and Cty. Rd. <br />#83. The contractor is also proposing to stockpile up to 10,000 cubic yards of muck material on <br />the City park property in Autumn Heights.
