Case #5 <br /> <br />REQUEST <br /> By: <br /> <br />FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW; CASE OF COATED ABRASIVE <br /> PRODUCTS COMPANY (CAPCO) <br />Acting Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />CAPCO is requesting site plan approval for a 5,400 square foot expansion to their existing facility <br />14059 Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. The site plan indicates use of materials similar to the existing <br />structure which conforms to City Code. The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />A) <br /> <br />C) <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Proposed site plan <br />City Engineer's review (July 27, 1990) <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On July 24, 1990, the City received an application for site plan approval from CAPCO. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends site plan approval of CAPCO's proposed expansion per the City Engineer's <br />review dated July 27, 1990.
