CASE # 4 <br />REQUEST FOR SKETCH PLAN REVIEW OF NORTHFORK TRAIL ADDITION; <br />CASE OF NORTH FORK, INC. <br /> By: Acting Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you recall, on August 7, 1990, the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the sketch plan <br />for Northfork Trail Addition. At that time, the Commission tabled action and advised the <br />applicant, Mr. Dennis Peck, to meet with City Staff to resolve certain concerns with the plat <br />involving appropriate designation of ouflots to reflect intended use as wails, and provisions for <br />future access to Outlot A to be developed as a private park by the Northfork Homeowners <br />Association. <br /> <br />On August 22, 1990, City Staff (Sylvia Frolkk:, Merland Otto, Stephen Jankowski and William <br />Goodrich) met with Dennis Peck regarding Northfork Trail Addition. As a result of that meeting, <br />Northfork Trail Addition is being modified to show Outlots B, D, E (segments of trail) as "Park". <br />Northfork Trail Addition will also include a replat and shift in alignment of Outlots A and B of <br />Northfork 3rd Addition to provide a 60 foot right-of-way for future access to Ouflot A, Northfork <br />Trail Addition.
