CASE # 5 <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR SKETCH PLAN REVIEW OF FAYE ADDITION; <br />CASE OF FAYE CONSTRUCTION, B.B. CHAPMAN <br /> By: Sylvia Frolik, Acting Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you recall, the Commission reviewed the proposed sketch plan for Faye Addition on August 7, <br />1990. The proposed subdivision consists of 103 acres located south of Hwy. #10, just east of the <br />Anoka County Regional Park. The Commission tabled action on the request for sketch plan <br />approval and directed the applicant to gather input from various agencies and the City's Park and <br />Recreation Commission and present a revised sketch plan to the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />accordingly. On August 30, 1990, City Staff received'a letter from B.B. Chapman itemizing <br />modifications to the sketch plan for Faye Addition along with a reduced revision of the sketch plan <br />(full size prints will be available at the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting).
