violation of the provisions of this SECTION shall be cause for notification <br />to the MPCA. <br /> <br />8.30.05 <br /> <br />Additional Standards for Health and Environmental Protection <br /> <br />a. Additional Standards. The following standards shall also apply: <br /> <br />Costs. Costs incurred under paragraph e. 1 (f) above, shall be paid out of <br />the city's general fund. Such costs shall be charged to the owner of the <br />premises involved as special assessments on the land on which the <br />building or structure is located, and shall be collected in the manner <br />provided for special assessments. <br /> <br />2.
