ORDINANCE #99-15 <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 3 OF THE HOME RULE CHARTER OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY WHICH CHAPTER 3 IS ENTITLED "COUNCIL <br />PROCEDURES". <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey, Minnesota, hereby ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMEND <br /> <br />Section 3.2A~Precinct Boundaries currently reads as follows: The precinct boundaries <br />shall correspond to those adopted and revised periodically by council. There shall be <br />three (3) precincts and they shall approximate each other in population. <br /> <br />Section 3.2YF Precinct Boundaries is amended to read as follows: The precinct <br />boundaries shall correspond to those adopted and revised periodically by council, by <br />resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
