ORDINANCE'#99-15 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSE¥ <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 3 OF THE HOME <br /> · RULE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br />'WHICH CHAPTER 3 IS ENTITLED "COUNCIL <br /> 'PROCEDURES", <br /> The City of Ramsey, Minnesota, hereby <br />. 'ordains: <br /> SECTION 1. AMEND O' <br />' Section 3.2.1'Precinct Boundaries currently <br /> reads as follows: The precinct boundaries shall <br /> correspond to those adopted and revised peri- <br /> odically by council. There shall be three (3) <br /> precincts and [hey shall approximate each <br /> other in population~_ <br /> Section 3.2.~ Precinct Boundaries is <br /> amended to read as follows: The precinct <br /> boundaries shall correspond to those adopted <br /> and revised periodically by council, by resolu- <br /> tion. <br /> SECTION 2.
