<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />    Notice is hereby given that the City of
<br />Ramsey Planning Commission will hold a public
<br />hearing on Tuesday, March 16, 19991 at 7:00
<br />p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153
<br />Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303.
<br />    The purpose of the hearing is to consider
<br />an ordinance to amend Ram~ey City Code
<br />Chapter 5.09 (Animals and Fowl), §5.0.9.03
<br />(Dog Regulations) to increase the number of
<br />dogs allowed on a proper~y from two to three
<br />without obtaining a special permit from the
<br />City Council.
<br />    All interested persons are invited to attend
<br />the hearing and comment on the proposed ordi-
<br />nance. The City of Ramsey complies with the
<br />Americans with Disabilities Act and upon
<br />advance request, information will be provided
<br />in an alternative form and interpreters wiU be
<br />available. Any person with such a request
<br />should contact Zoning Administrator Sylvia
<br />Frolik at 427-1410 by noon on Thursday, March
<br />11, 1999. There is a TDD machine at Ramsey
<br />Municipal Center; the number is 427-8591.
<br />    Written comments are welcome and shall
<br />be addressed to the Ramsey Planning
<br />Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW,
<br />Ramsey, MN 55303. Written comments shall
<br />be received at the above address prior.to 5:00
<br />p.m. on Tuesday, March 16, 1999.
