Repair and Maintenance <br /> Grantee will provide a repair force of technicians capable of responding properly <br /> to all requests for service by I-Net Users and available on a 7X24X365 basis. <br /> <br />Bo <br /> <br /> Under normal operating conditions, the initial page to the technician on call will <br />be within a 10 minute time frame. Barring situations that are outside the control <br />of the Grantee (i. e., physical damage to the network caused by third parties not <br />under the control of the Grantee, weather related restrictions, etc.), the Grantee <br />will continue to work on a service problem until it is resolved, and complete its <br />resolution of such problem within eight (8) hours, if resolution of such problem is <br />within the control of the Grantee. <br /> <br /> Fiber, over and above that which is required by Section 7.1 of the Franchise, may <br />be incorporated, where necessary, to reduce amplifier cascades to meet <br />performance standards. Where possible, fiber Nodes may be located within the <br />building or facility of an 1-Net User. <br /> <br /> Preventative and routine maintenance of the 1-Net shall be performed in the same <br />time frame and in the same fashion as routine and preventative maintenance are <br />performed for the Grantee's subscriber network. Actual or potential problems <br />discovered during the course of preventative and routine maintenance shall be <br />immediately reported to the Commission. After informing the Commission of an <br />actual or potential problem, the Grantee shall, within a reasonable period of time, <br />prepare and transmit a report to the Commission describing the corrective action, <br />if any, that was or will be taken. <br /> <br />Bo <br /> <br /> I-Net Users will be notified at least seven days in advance of any scheduled <br />maintenance that will interrupt service on the I-Net, unless 1-Net Users agree to <br />waive such time frame.
