ORDINANCE NO. 89-8 <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE LICENSING AND REGULATING THE SALE AND CONSUMPTION OF <br />OFF-SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR, REPEALING INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES AND <br />PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION. <br /> <br /> The following official summary of Ordinance No. 89-8 has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />ordinance: <br /> <br /> It is the intent and effect of the ordinance to adopt by reference statutes relating to the <br />licensing and sale of intoxicating off-sale liquor within the city; to provide for "off-sale" liquor <br />licenses and suspension and revocation of such licenses for violation of statutes and ordinances; to <br />prohibit sales without a license; and to provide a penalty for violation. <br /> <br /> A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the office of the <br />City Administrator and the Anoka County Library. <br /> <br /> The above summary of Ordinance No. 89-8 was approved by the Ramsey City Council on <br />May 2,1989. <br /> <br /> City Administrator <br /> <br />DATE: May 3, 1989 <br /> <br /> <br />
