The following official summary of Ordinance No. 89.8 has been approved by Ihe City Council of the City of Ramsay as clearly informing the public of the Intent and effect of the ordinance: It Is the Intent and effect of the ordinance to adopt by reference statutes relating to the licen- sing and sale of Intoxicating off-sale liquor within the city; fo provide for "off-sale" liquor licenses and suspension and revocation of such licenses for violation of statutes and ordinances; to prohibit sales without a license; and to provide e. penalty for vlolaUon. A prin'ted copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the office of the City Admlnlsfralor and the Anoka County Library.
