requirements of Section 3 of this Ordinance where reasonably <br />feasible within six (6) months of the effective date of this <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. ADMINISTRATION AND PERMIT <br /> <br />ae <br /> <br />Building Permit. Prior to Construction of a Swimming <br />Pool or Spa having a water volume of 5,000 or more <br />gallons, a building permit issued pursuant to the Uniform <br />Building Code shall be required. Said Building Permit <br />shall be in lieu of the Pool/Spa permit required by <br />Paragraph B. Below. <br /> <br />Permit and Fee. Prior to construction of any Swimming <br />Pool or Spa which will have a water volume of less than <br />5,000 gallons, a permit must be obtained from the city's <br />Building Official. There shall be a permit fee, the <br />amount of which shall be as established by City Council <br />Resolution pursuant to Chapter of the City Code. The <br />permit issued pursuant to this Paragraph shall be known <br />as the "Pool/Spa Permit." <br /> <br />Permit application. Application for a Pool/Spa permit <br />shall be made on a form supplied by the city, and shall <br />contain all information as stated on the Application, <br />including, but not limited to the following: <br /> <br />Legal description and the fee owner of the parcel <br />on which Swimming Pool/Spa is proposed to be <br />constructed. <br /> <br />ii. <br /> <br />Proposed location of Swimming Pool or Spa on the <br />parcel. <br /> <br />iii. Parcel dimensions. <br /> <br />iv. <br /> <br />Location of any on-site sewage disposal system(s) <br />and/or location of any private water well(s). <br /> <br />v. Side, front and rear yard setbacks. <br /> <br />vi. Ail easements. <br /> <br />Ail site plans showing the above information shall be drawn <br />to scale, and shall be signed by the parcel's fee owner. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS. <br /> <br />A. Construction methods. <br /> <br />Due precautions shall be taken during the construction <br />of a Swimming Pool or Spa to avoid damage, hazards, or <br /> <br /> <br />
