Section 3. Pcrmit~, Inspections and Fees. <br /> <br />A. Building Permits, Inspections and Fees shall be as provided in Chapter 3 of the Uniform <br />Building Code, 1979 Edition and adopted by resolution annually in the Rates and Charge <br />Schedule. <br /> <br />B. Plan Check Fees shall be as provided in Chapter 3 of the Uniform Building Code, 1979 <br />Edition and are: <br /> 1. 65% of building permit fee. <br /> 2. No plan check fee for one and two family accessory structures and appurtenances <br /> to them. <br /> <br />C. Surcharge: <br /> <br />The applicant shall pay a surcharge as prescribed by Minnesota Statutes 1984, Section <br />16B.70. <br /> <br />Section 4. Repeal <br /> <br /> Sections 150.021 through and including Section 150.023 of the City Code adopted January <br />1, 1978; Ordinance #80-1 adopted by the City Council on January 8, 1980; City Ordinance #80-11 <br />adopted October 15, 1980; and City Ordinance #87-3 adopted June 23, 1987 are all hereby <br />repealed. <br /> <br />Section 5. Violations and Penalties. <br /> <br /> Any violation of this Ordinance shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed <br />$700.00 and/or a maximum of 90 days in jail. In addition, the City may seek appropriate <br />injunctive and/or equitable relief from a Court of competent jurisdiction in enforcement of this <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 6.
