Publication and notice requirements shall be the same as for conditional use permit application hearings. c) Ail businesses being conducted at property zoned for residential use on the effective date of this ordinance shall have thirty (30) days thereafter to apply for a conditional use permit. d) Persons who were conducting a business from property zoned for residential use on the effective date of this ordinance must make application under Section 170.013D, but may continue to conduct such businesses pending final determination of their application. Should the City Council deny the petition for conditional use permit, all such persons shall immediately cease their business activities from such residential premises. 170.015K MANUFACTURED HOUSING Manufactured houses may be located within residential zoning districts within the city upon compliance with the following conditions and upon compliance with all other conditions of the City Code except those City Code conditions which may be at variance with the following conditions: Manufactured houses shall comply with all zoning regulations for the zone in which they are located. A building permit and any other required permits shall be obtained for such manufactured housing. Manufactured houses shall have minimum floor areas as follows: One Family Structures One family structures shall have at least three (3) habitable rooms, as defined by the State Building Code, and the overall dimensions shall contain the following minimum areas including foyers and exclusive of garages and be no less than 24 feet in any nominal dimension: Rambler without garage 912 square feet on main living floor Split level without garage 912 square feet on main living floor Full two story with or without garage, exclusive of lofts, balconies and any other similar construction 720 square feet per floor 13
