Ce <br /> <br />Rambler or split level with <br />attached or detached <br />garage <br /> <br />768 square feet on <br />main living floor <br />440 square foot <br /> <br />Two Family Structures <br />Two family structures shall have at least three (3) <br />livable rooms, as defined by the State Building <br />Code, per family and the overall dimensions shall <br />contain not less than 720 square feet on the main <br />living floor per family including foyers and <br />exclusive of garages. All two family structures <br />shall have either an attached or detached garage <br />with overall dimensions of not less than 240 square <br />feet per unit. Where a two dwelling structure is <br />constructed with a zero (0) lot line, the overall <br />dimensions of the attached/detached garage shall <br />not contain less than 440 square feet per unit. <br /> <br />Three or More Family Structures <br />Three or more family structures shall have at least <br />three (3) livable rooms, as defined by the State <br />Building Code, and the overall dimensions shall <br />contain the following minimum floor areas, <br />exclusive of garages, per unit: <br /> <br />1) 600 square feet for single floor units; and <br /> <br />2) 800 square feet for multiple level units. <br /> <br />Each unit of any three or more unit structures <br />shall have an attached/detached garage with overall <br />dimensions that contain not less than 240 square <br />feet. <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />No manufactured home shall have a width of <br />less than twenty-four (24) feet at its <br />narrowest point. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />No single family manufactured home erected in <br />the City of Ramsey after July 31, 1982 built <br />in conformance with Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 327.31 to 327.35 shall be constructed <br />unless built on a full foundation which <br />foundation is underneath the entire structure <br />including attached garages and which <br />foundation complies with the State Uniform <br />Building Code. <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br /> <br />
