Subd. 21 "Commercial·Building" for purposes of this ChaPter shall mean any structure being used as a residential building with greater than four (4) housing units, or in a manner other than residential. SECTION ~--. PRE-COLLECTION AND COLLECTION Subd. 1 Residential Pre-ColleCtion and Colloc- tl~n.
