• <br />• <br />Subd. 5 Conditions for License Issuance. The license shall be issued subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />a. The license is non- transferable, either to a different person or location. <br />b. The license must be publicly displayed on the licensed premises. <br />c. The licensed premises are subject to inspection by City employees including police <br />officers during normal business hours. <br />d. The sale and display of Legal Fireworks must be a permitted use in the zoning district <br />in which the sales are to occur. All sales must be conducted from a permanent enclosed <br />structure. <br />e. The total inventory of Legal Fireworks stored on the premises may not exceed 200 lbs. <br />gross weight if the building is equipped with an automatic sprinkler system. If no system <br />is present a maximum of 50 lbs. can be on site. <br />f. The premises must be in compliance with the State Building Code and State Fire Code. <br />Subd. 6 License Period and License Fee. Licenses shall be issued for a calendar year. The <br />license fee is $250.00 for the year 2002 and shall, thereafter, be set by the annual City Council <br />Resolution of Rates and Charges. License fees shall not be prorated. A license shall be issued for <br />each place of sale, including multiple locations within the premise. <br />Subd. 7 Revocation of License. Following written notice and an opportunity for a hearing, <br />the City Administrator may revoke a license for violation of this section or state law concerning the <br />sale, use or possession of fireworks. If a license is revoked, neither the applicant nor the licensed <br />premises may obtain a license for twelve (12) months from the date of the violation. <br />SECTION 3.
