A license shall be issued for <br />each place of sale, including multiple <br />locations within the premise, <br />Subd. 7 Revocation of License. <br />Following written notice and an opportu- <br />nity for a hearing, the City Administrator <br />may revoke a license for a violation of this <br />section or state taw concerning the sale, <br />use, or possession of fireworks. If a license <br />is revoked, neither the applicant nor the <br />licensed premises may obtain a license for <br />twelve (12) months from the date of the <br />violation. <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This Ordinance becomes effective <br />upon its passage and thirty (30) days <br />after its publication according to law, <br />subject to City Charter Provision, Section <br />5.04. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota, the 11th day <br />of June 2002. <br />Thomas G.
