The City of Ramsay Ordains: SECTION 1. SUNiMARY The following official summary of Ordinance //90-15 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsay as clearly informing the public of the Intent and effect of the ordinance: It is the intent and effect of Ordinance//90-15 to require Ilceh'ses for pawnbrokers and sec- ondhand goods dealers, both of which are defin- ed in the ordinance. The Ordinance further pro- rides for a notlrefundable investigation fee and annual license fee. The Ordinance further pro- rides for an application procedure, requires each licensee to keep and maintain certain re- cords ahd requires that smd records be made available, In police department inspections. A printed copy of Ordinance //90-15 Is avail- able f6r, inspection by any person at the Ramsay Niunlclpal Center.
