SUNiMARY <br /> The following official summary of Ordinance <br /> //90-15 has been approved by the City Council of <br /> the City of Ramsay as clearly informing the <br /> public of the Intent and effect of the ordinance: <br /> It is the intent and effect of Ordinance//90-15 <br />to require Ilceh'ses for pawnbrokers and sec- <br />ondhand goods dealers, both of which are defin- <br />ed in the ordinance. The Ordinance further pro- <br />rides for a notlrefundable investigation fee and <br />annual license fee.
