Screening shall be such that the non-residential use is partially obstructed from <br />view from the residential property. <br /> <br />Screening shall be not less than five feet high, except that all screening within 20 <br />feet of any driveway or street right-of-way shall be less than 36 inches in height <br />above the curb or center of the street. Screening shall be placed along property <br />lines. <br /> <br />Except as provided within this section all screening shall comply with the <br />provisions of §9.11.09. <br /> <br /> Sub~ 5. Lighting: Any lighting used to illuminate an off-street <br />parking area, sign or structure, shall be arranged to deflect light away from any <br />adjoining residential district or public street. Bulbs emitting in excess of 3,000 <br />lumens (150 watts) shall be so directed that the bulb is not visible from off of the <br />property where such light source is located. <br /> <br /> Sub~ 6. Architectural Control: All exterior wall finishes on any <br />non-residential building shall be: <br /> <br />a. Face brick. <br /> <br />b. Natural stone. <br /> <br />Specifically designed pre-cast concrete units whose surfaces <br />have been integrally treated with an applied decorative material <br />or texture. <br /> <br />do <br /> <br />Factory fabricated or finished metal framed panel construction, <br />if the panel material is to be of those noted in a, b, or c above. <br /> <br />Other material as may be approved by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission and Council.
